    Hi.

Ive had this TT as my second turntable for close to 7 years. Works like a horse. No problem whatsoever. Very steady speed.

The Stop button has stopped working, its not a big deal as i usually listen to the whole record side the the arm goes back to the start as it is a semi-automatic table.

Any idea what it could be? oiling? electronics?

    Tks

The switch is broken or the relay, if any. Also make sure a wire just didn't break or fall off. Good luck trying to get a part.

Might just need some contact cleaner to get it working again. You can try shooting from the outside but most likely you will need to open it up to get to the back of the button openings if it has any to get the contact cleaner inside. Or if it is a similar setup as this TT maybe just need to clean the old lube off the mechanicals that go to the switch?

Seems to be a similar problem

stop button problem (technics sl d20)
