Just a friendly reminder, the OP is lOOking for "albums".
    "The Lemonheads" :righton:
"Some very fine jangly "Power Pop" from the 90's."
That's the 1st time period i thought of [then the 80's, then the 70's, then the 60's... ha, ha].
The time of the "The The Bands"; not "The The" tho songs like "This Is The Day" jingle-jangle a bit, the accordion & harmonic anyway, while the song "Soul Mining" has a 'liquid jangly' guitar.

No, i'm talking the (sic/pun) "The Hives" [from "Veni Vidi Vicious" album]:

& all the other "The The Bands" of the time; which all remindED me more of the "The Kinks" than the "The Byrds" butt...

Early Primal Scream is super jangly, before Bobby Gillespie found the blues. I like this extended-verse Peel Session version of "Velocity Girl."

Not from the 80's, but rather one of my favorite albums last year. The latest album from the band Real Estate, Atlas, is very much in the jangly sound mode. They count fellow New Jersey natives The Feelies, as a big influence.

True....but maybe the Choo Choo Train / Springfields stuff before that was the apotheosis of their jangly phase?

Someone's already mentioned Jim Beattie-era Primal Scream and the Razorcuts....so I suppose I'll rep for the Field Mice, who were prone to the occasional jangle:

...and, while I'm thinking of indiepop bands, this song makes me think of a cross between REM's "Driver 8" and, ummm, "Echo Beach" by Martha and the Muffins:

Oh, just saw the original poster was looking for albums. "Kettle" by the Chesterfields would be a good one, or the recent-ish best of on Cherry Red. "Hey Wimpus!" for the pre-Velvet Crush stuff. And, hmm, perhaps "For Keeps" by the Field Mice might be their jangliest...

"Jacket Hangs" by The Blue Aeroplanes has plenty of jangle.

Matthew Sweet is usually good for some industrial strength jangle:

So many great ones in here but y'all missed my favorites which would be The Railway Children. That is some jangling bliss that one should not miss.

Not one person I've played this band for has not gotten up and ran to the record store to get everything by them.

'reckoning' has some great peter buck jangle on it. the smith's first album also has really tasty jangly guitar as well, but mixed in with other sounds. not 80's or 90's, but the third (self titled) velvet underground album has been cited as a huge influence by both peter buck and the feelies.

    cheers,
    rob
