What's the 1980s album that made the biggest impact on you at the time and that you retain the most affection for today? It doesn't have to be the album that with hindsight you believe to be the most significant artistic achievement in that decade. The idea is to share what music you loved back then and still enjoy today, even if it would never make any "best of" lists. For me it's probably Huey Lewis and the News' "Fore". "Sports" was a bigger seller and I enjoy it too, but there was something about "Fore" that meant I couldn't stop playing it at the time. I don't actually dig it out much these days, but when I do it's always nice to hear the likes of "Hip To Be Square," "Doin' It All For My Baby," "I Know What I Like," "The Power Of Love" and "Stuck With You".
