I remember watching TV as a kid in the 70's and 80's and seeing clips episodes of different programs and how it would annoy me then. I didn't even know this is still done in modern TV.

Watched the latest episode last night. At least I can say how much prettier Liz was in the first season. Otherwise rewatching those clips again was not very compelling. Why am I guessing that in real life, that judge would have gotten such candid and revealing answers.
And that's giving him the benefit of the doubt - I suspect this episodic TV stint has now bored him - aside from a likely generous paycheck and ancillary rights, he'd be gone.
The same thing happened to me with multiple posts as yours when I posted in another thread at 2:30 am for some reason. It doesn't register. Weird.
Me too. The last. Clip episode I remember watching was the second season conclusion for Star Trek: The Next Generation. How cheap was it? Half the episode was recycled, used three standing sets, four of the stars of the sow rather than full ensemble.
Ah, than must have been "Shades of Gray". Yeah, I thought clip shows were a thing of the past. Luckily I dropped this show for reasons of stupidity some time ago.
I've been there for a while now. And even so, I am questioning whether is continues to be worth my hour. Actually looking forward to the new Avengers movie where he plays (or more accurately, is the voice of) Ultron.
I didn't know it was broadcast in the past few days. Oh well, I would have probably switched it off again anyway.
I can't believe Tom isn't dead yet (AFAIK - there's a couple eps in my DVR that I haven't seen yet). I feel very let down as I was so looking forward to it.
Now Red's been shot and no scenes from next week, I guess hiatus awaits. The last two episodes have been interesting, compared to what else is left around.
The premise all along has been that Red is invulnerable and one-step ahead of law enforcement, his adversaries and competitors - this creates a new dynamic and an interesting twist.
You guys are tough. I always enjoy this show. Only shows I like better are "Mad Men" and "The Goldbergs."
