This is one of my favorite series, but also thought the finale was weak, in terms of "tightness" and overall impact, compared to the rest of the season.

I'm okay with it ending, it was getting pretty ridiculous.

I did, the whole second season just seemed more and more ridiculous to me.

I thought the second season was significantly better than the first.

As someone who liked both seasons, I'm sad to see it go. There was some real quality there, even if sometimes they lost focus, but, overall, that's a minor criticism.

Watching Season 2 of the Danish series right now. So far I like it even better than the fist season. And it's far more interesting and subtle than the American version.

I just finished season 2 of the Danish version and enjoyed it as much as season 1. I watched the British version of season 1 first and liked it, but overall liked the Danish version best. Haven't dug into the American version, doubt I will.

I loved the Scandinavian Bridge (one of the best TV series I've ever seen actually), but was not a fan of The Tunnel (the UK/French adaptation)... I found it much too conventional. Haven't seen the US remake, but would be interested.

I've enjoyed THE TUNNEL, the French/British version. I caught a news item that Season 2 was beginning on PBS, but very very late at night. The premise intrigued me enough that I watched a bit of the Season 1 opener on Amazon. After liking the first season, I ordered the both seasons on Blu-ray.

I've been intrigued by the Clémence Poésy character throughout and am looking forward to Season 3 whenever it arrives on these shores.

Is the Clémence character based on Saga?
