One of my favorite Floyd (or Waters) albums. The Wall was rock star nonsense IMO compared to The Final Cut. Much more dark, intense, and emotionally involving again IMHO.

Grant Life is a rock, but the radio rolled me!

Interesting how there are big differences of opinion.

Jethro Tull is my favorite band, but I don't care for

    Jethro Tull "Benefit"
    Jethro Tull "A"

Both of these are highly regarded by most reviewers and fans of the band, but I don't like either album. There are good songs on both, but I can't sit through them all the way.

Most Tull fans dislike "Under Wraps" and Ian's solo "Walk into Light", but I think these albums are much better than the two I mentioned above.

    Oh, well.

Agreed! Final Cut is mostly brilliant, The Wall, mostly overrated.
