The Complete Doors Studio Albums at HDTracks!

I realise they are the original mixes. I think they sound superior to the 1999 CDs IMO. For a start, there is very little (if any) compression used on the HDtracks versions.

 

well this is only £23.54 on Qobuz. I only have The Very Best of The Doors so I am definitely buying this right now.

 

That is an amzing price I would like to hear your thoughts on it. Is it definately the same source as the HDtracks version? I have the perception box with the original mix CDs and the remix DVD Audios, I also have the Original CDs. How good is it?

 

Definitely the same source as HDTracks are selling it for £29. I haven't listened to too much of it yet but what I've listened to so far sounds very good indeed. Not messed about with EQ or anything like that. I have nothing to compare them to (aside from the 40th Anniversary Very Best Of). But for the price I'd recommend anyone to jump in.
