I can't wait! The Incredibles is one of Pixar's best movies and one of the best Superhero movies of all time.

And in 2019 we get Toy Story 4!

 

Is Jack Jack Pixar's answer to Groot?

 

He's much cuter and less annoying than Groot.

 

Or minions.

 

Now, when are we getting A Bug's Life 2?

 

I've been waiting for this one for too many years. Love the Jack Jack short.

 

My concern is that what made the original movie brilliant, was the superheroes in hiding aspect. I hope they can come up with something to make this one interesting.

 

They still have to keep their secret identities. These kids now know what they can do, but they still have to pretend to be average humans...which is going to make for a more difficult than average adolescence.

 

Fantastic idea for a movie, I can't wait. The original Incredibles is possibly my favorite Pixar film ever.

Sadly, it appears that Pixar/Disney CCO John Lasseter's name will not be on this film... I am absolutely shocked and gobsmacked that he's caught up in these horrific ongoing Hollywood harassment scandals.

 

Eh, he'll resign and be replaced. Pixar will keep on keeping on.

 

Finally! The one PIXAR movie(besides Toy Story) in dire need of an sequel. Is Brad Bird involved in the production?

 

What?!

Toy Story has had two sequels with a third on the way in 2019! Plus a few shorts and made-for-TV specials.

What about A Bug's Life?

 

Insert the word "except" over "besides". While I like A Bug's Story, no need for sequel there.

 

I agree about sequels. Just because you can do a sequel doesn't mean you should. While I'm looking forward to the next Incredibles movie, I hope they have a story to tell that is just as good as the original, if not better. Otherwise, I'd rather they wait until they do have a good story to tell. Fortunately, with all of the existing comic book stories there is likely to be a large number of stories that could provide a good inspiration the sequel.

Can't wait! The first movie was fantastic.

 

Saw the trailer, really liked, especially loved when Bob falls asleep while reading to Jack Jack, and then Jack Jack wakes him up.
