Catching a Killer: The Wind in the Willows Murder

Documentary about a divorced man who kills a rare book collector and steals a first edition of Wind in the Willows. Very, very disturbing.

    Happy Valley

One of those British shows where everyone is super nasty (even the good guys)

I'm onto the last few episodes of this show, it takes me awhile to binge. This is (was) a brilliant show and has crept up into one of my all time favorites.

  5. "Home And Away" is playing on the TV. Given that it's 5pm on a Sunday, it has been time shifted. I didn't time shift it nor did I put it on. But it is on the screen, so I'm half heartedly watching it whilst posting here. It's actually one of the best shows on this network. That is how bad this network is! Anyone who wants to see how bad it is, look up channel 7 in an Australian TV guide. There was good stuff on 7TWO but I'm not sure if any of it is on any more. In prime time they play mostly ITV crime dramas.

Animal Kingdom. Second season is significantly better than the first. It's filling the void that Sons of Anarchy left.

    Halt and Catch Fire
and Homeland are filling the void of The Americans. Just starting to watch the first season of Homeland at the recommendation of my mom of all people, but it's better than I thought it would be.

"Little House on the Prairie" The Voice of Tinker Jones (TV Episode 1974) - Full Cast & Crew - IMDb

I knew it was Sean Penn! It couldn't have been anyone else!
not that he was the star, Chuck McCann, who I recognized immediately from The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter, joined the main cast as the star.
but there was this blonde kid, who said nothing, was just in the background, an extra, and I was startled to see him in this...

and now I see on IMDb that this was his first-ever appearance on film. (for those who care; I ain't a big fan or nothing, I mean he's a very good actor....it was just surprising, that's all)

I've been binge watching Arrested Development on Netflix for a week. I'm halfway through the last season. Man, I loved that show.

    Prime Suspect 1973

Ended with a whimper rather than a bang. Great Gig in the Sky and Tubular Bells on the soundtrack

Happy Valley. (season 2) Too many threads happening at once. It won't end happily

    AFL Football

Hawthorn and Footscray had nothing to play for (there was no way they could make the finals) but played a classic game. Anyone could have woin it until the last two minutes.
