Don't watch much TV, too much music to listen to.

However, had to watch "Fargo", I thought it was absolutely fabulous.

    24 ~ Live Another Day
House Husbands (pretty good. Rachel Griffith makes the show even better)
Winners and Losers (getting worse, half the budget must be spent on the soundtrack, Prince's Kiss featured in this episode)

I got this daft notion a week or two ago to see if Dempsey & Makepeace series was available on DVD. Sure enough, Amazon(uk) was selling it so I ordered it. Package arrived yesterday and last night we watched the first episode. I really liked that series back in the 80's. Makepeace was such a hottie!

  17. Whose Line Is It Anyway? The woman they got hosting the latest version ain't nothing next to Drew Carey or his Anglo predecessor, but it's still the funniest show on TV. Can't beat a show that lets Brady, Stiles, and Mochrie go unhinged.

I spent most of my life thinking the "monster in a jar" was a nightmare I once had as a little kid. It wasn't until just a couple years ago, when I saw the Hitchcock episode, that I realized I'd probably seen it once before as a kid back in the 60s.

must have been a relief! that episode does leave a lasting impression! probably my favorite Hitchcock episode...
back in the 60's my best friend and I made a "jar"...but, I do not think we really knew what was inside it! as we only saw it once so we improvised!

Started watching 24 from the beginning this week - I'd never seen it before and wanted to check it out. Now done 6 episodes and while it seems okay I can't say it's got me hooked. I'm going to stick with it at least another 5 or 6 episodes before I decide to stick with it or pass. Part of it is that I just don't like Sutherland much.

The Wire (series 5) The show was great but the extras were terrible. Every actor and member of the crew saying how 'worthy' the show is for 2 hours.
