Wouldn't Worldwide Pants own Geoff and not CBS?

Good point. Guess it depends on how the contracts are written.

  3. One of last night's letters asked about Geoff. Craig pointed at him and Secretariat and said, "that's mine, and that's mine." :D

I had to brush up on Rothko after all the discussion this week. The art dealer at the end last night was too funny, sent me to bed with a smile on my face.

I had to figure out who he was and I actually really like his paintings. But I guess art's subjective. :p

That Newhart/St. Elsewhere style ending with The Drew Carey Show was a great end.
I teared up at the beginning of the show. I'll miss it. A lot. :'(

  7. Sounded like Craig was too.

Yes the beginning was the best part for me. I'll miss the show greatly. Although I was really tired of the ***** jokes between Craig & Geoff in the last six months.

2nd last episode. First few minutes have the Geoff Pederson voice actor appearing during the monologue.

I don't really watch the show, too late for me but liked the guy. Stayed up to watch it last night, nice low key send up. And Leno's story about trista was great

I was fortunate enough to watch him quite a bit, usually on Thursday and Friday nights. It's usually too late for me too. I'll miss the show, without a doubt. It's a loss when people you've watched for years go off the air. Oh well, Time Waits For No One...

What a GREAT convo with Leno...

Craig and Jay have great chemistry - and both are off the air..

Jay has been noticeably more comfortable these days.. he's funny, "on it" and finally spoke some **** about what it was like for him being the host of The Tonight Show (and restrictions).

His line about the Gambino Family Indian Tribe almost had me on the floor.

Great finale - I look forward to what both these men do next! And yes, I will pay to see both live (I'm seeing Jay at a dinner event in Vegas mid-Jan..)

EDIT: The maroons my company exhibits at had a petition going around to remove Leno as host... for political reasons. So the dinner's been cancelled. I still look forward to seeing both of them live in the near future (Craig for the first time for me..)

Did he bring out the hair and makeup girls (Lisa and Tuyen) to dance one last time?

I liked the IDEA of Drew Carey guest-hosting for a week much more than I enjoyed watching Drew Carey guest-host for a week.

As if that were not awkward enough, now we get a week of this bucket o' crap:

I tuned in last night and was stunned as I watched the intro to "The Talk". That's a precious 60-90 seconds of my life that I'll never get back. :shake:
