The "Monk" (TV show) appreciation thread

I thought the DVD package design was brilliant, having the season 7 set spine not match the rest.

It would have sent Adrian over the edge!

 

Along with Mr Monk and the Garbage Strike, I'm partial to Mr Monk and the Astronaut, with the wonderfully arrogant Jeffrey Donovan

Just like Monk my food cannot touch. I laughed when we first saw that and I told my wife "see I'm not the only one!".

 

I remember watching the show very often years ago, and I loved it. It's too bad that the series had to end, but I am glad that there was a proper conclusion.

 

Really enjoying watching Monk again. Recently watched the episode with the earthquake - one of the best scenes is Monk talking gibberish to the taxi driving than English as he pays him. Cabbie - "bi-lingual sons of bitches!"
