If you ever want to lure me into a trap, just set up a TV and start playing Magnolia. I can't walk past it, gotta sit down; I can't not watch. That movie is so crammed full of horribly miserable people, which normally wouldn't hold any kind of attraction for me, but somehow I always feel strangely uplifted at the end.
