Hmmm, can't decide which is more appealing. Shirtless, pale dough with scar or shoulder-pads. If shoulder-pads had his shirt off he'd be the winner.
Seriously? The lyrics are so bad it seems somebody else wrote it this time . I still like stampede dying breed and dark side of my heart but the rest is on much lower level than Blood Of The nations and Stlingrad Best thing on the album is the bonus bluray disc
I was referring to the music in general. Outside of Balls to the Wall I doubt I could recite any Accept lyrics so I wouldn't know if they give Bob Dylan or James Taylor a run for their money. I'll take your word that they are bad
Or as Rhett Forrester sang, "the restless breed". (No real correlation there other than I thought I'd mention a Riot song)
Dude, he's done a TON of great solos. He's one of the better players in heavy metal IMO. I'd put him up against almost anyone. Super talented, fluid, and has great taste in what he plays.
like to mention I think nevermore is better than sanctuary and lizzy borden is an underrated metal band
Their lyrics are actually pretty good Or at least well written On blind rage however Wanna Be Free and 200 years sounds like they were written by a teenager for a school project. Maybe its Tornillo writting his first lines ever, I dunno..
No way would I restrict my feting of Hoffman, W. to just one recording: his is a litany of superlative riffissimo stretching back dcades. The Tornillo stuff all sounds similar to me - but in an intoxicating and cathartic way - one of the remaining stalwart outfits of classicism in whom I can rely to deliver fresh ferrousity. Along with Halford, they are indeed valiant defenders...
I couldn’t possibly come close to even picking the Top 5 Wolf Hoffman solos. I do know that when listening to Teutonic Terror, it is best to remove everything fragile from the room.
