After browsing this thread I am convinced turntables are a very difficult subject to shoot

Its the sweaty palms that makes it tricky, we also tend to keep them in the shadows. :)

New turntable purchased over the weekend. Spent the weekend setting it up and playing music! :pineapple:

New Symposium Segue ISO Isolation platform under my TT. Seems to be doing the trick. Hearing more of the music, as they say. Previously had it on a wall shelf that never quite worked (a bit too small to accommodate the table's footprint). Next, I'll be putting in the Symposium inserts for the Classic feet. Hopefully, this gives me a further sonic lift.

That looks amazing! Bud, mount the turntable stand on the wall, then put this whole setup with platform on top of that wall mount. That might be the best solution yet.

Thanks man! Wall shelf is already mounted on the wall but the dimensions of the symposium platform still don't quite work w/ the inner platform of shelf (and using anything other than the stock VPI tonearm cable was requiring me to pull the table far forward to accommodate other ICs). Figured I would leave the shelf up so that it would give me some incentive to fill it w/ another table for a different sonic flavor, as you've suggested before. Maybe a vintage Japanese DD table w/ an arm that's a good match for a Zu Denon 103, or maybe a dedicated mono table :).

Thoughts on the Eagle PSU? I'm considering it for my RP3 but it's a big investment at over $700AUD when my turntable only cost me $880AUD. Not sure if it's worth it.
