The second coming of Janis Joplin?

You may know the 13 years old girl from America’s Got Talent that became viral for her performance of “Hard to Handle” last week (or was it two weeks ago?). The thing is... she’s been called a Janis Joplin reincarnation, in fact, because of that Janis’ name became trending both on Twitter & Youtube at the time of the episode was aired. I even saw some people who discovered Joplin’s music because of this girl and they fell in love with her! (Thanks, Courtney!)
As a long and hardcore Janis fan, she doesn’t sound like her at all. She sounds more like...Linda Perry? I know she is heavily influenced by Janis, but I can’t get the comparison, as for the kid goes, she certainly has potential.
