While on the topic of reissues, are those from 2001 (with bonus tracks) of the Epic albums "All Live and All of the Night" and "10" out of print now? "10" seems to have been re-released on vinyl in 2017, but it looks like the the CD version is no longer sold by the major retailers. Similar for the "All Live..." 2001 CD. Any word on these becoming available any time soon?

I had the cassette as a young boy, an older mate turned me onto it and it's just solid gold the whole way through. As an adult I bought the individual Cornwell Stranglers albums but to be honest all the great songs made the compilation. I found nothing really on those albums but the compilation remains one of my favourites. YMMV of course!

Got me worried now as I’m going to get their original cds first. Don’t have any vinyl yet.

Others here seem to love them so reserve judgement. I just couldn't find any more great songs other than some stuff off La Folie.

What about the good sounding original cd box from 1992(I think )?

I've got the Cornwell era remasters, they aren't too bad. Might spin them this week to see if my opinion has changed...

Only if the 1992 master. The later 2001 and especially 2013 remasters sound awful apparently.

I've picked up a few of their albums recently. So far the first 2 are blowing me away the most. I've had The Raven, La Folie for a while and Dreamtime more recently and like them all. I'm just missing B&W, Feline and Aural Sculpture. The 2001 remasters are common enough but I've been holding out for the older CDs of these.
