From all I've read, he's the favorite. There were a couple of weeks I think he oversang, but usually he's on the money and often he's downright spectacular.

Even though he has little chance of winning, I'll be cheering for Jesse tonight. He and Brennley were my favorites this season.

    Go, Jesse! :edthumbs:

Jesse and Adam trading vocals and guitars on Prince's "Let's Go Crazy" -- BY FAR the highlight (so far) of tonight's show. WOW!

Aaliyah's first song had double-tracked vocals last night. Did they do that with any other contestants?

Are you referring to the performance or the recorded single?

I really enjoyed the show last night, especially all the Prince songs. And more than ever, I feel Chris should win.

OK, I didn't hear it. In a competition like this, I don't think it is fair to do things like that.

I immediately thought it wasn't fair to do that when I heard her live performance. She was able to ad lib while the main vocal track was still playing and I don't think this was backup singers. I don't go to the Voice's website, but perhaps they have past performances available to view there?

Speaking of background singers, they sure played a huge part in last nights show. Too big, IMO.

Part of the star-making recipe I guess.
