That link has been there for a while now and is the same as on other retailers sites. Does not confirm number of tracks or speed it plays at. Has all been discussed earlier in this thread.
This site is going with the 14 track version. Live At Leeds (Half-Speed Master) Limited 180g Heavyweight Vinyl 2LP - The Who »
I didn't confirm anything. But, hey, sorry for wasting some bytes. Anyway, I don't think this will be 45rpm.
I was actually replying to people who used your link to say 6 tracks and 45rpm, not you. Some think half speed masters play at 45rpm.
Go for it. I'm sure that we will know the real content, number of discs, speed, etc before release. If it does not appeal then just cancel.
that would be a bummer if it's indeed a 45... at the price i won't cancel but it's gonna sit on my shelves.
Not sure where you're getting any of that. Not that I would necessarily take this as the last word, as there's a good chance it's just stock copy, but the link does say this: "Half-Speed Mastering is an elaborate process whereby the source and the turntable on the disc cutting lathe are run at 16 2/3 R.P.M." So it would play at 33 1/3.
Yes Luke, you're right, I was mistakenly thinking it would be 45rpm hence my assumption of just six tracks. Luckily I haven't yet cancelled my order so I'll keep my options open until the track list is confirmed.
Amazon France are listing this as a “3LP Deluxe – Limited Edition”, with 33 tracks (similar to that of the 2001 Deluxe CD Edition). If this is the case, it likely will be a 3LP set. I can’t imagine them cramming 120 minutes of music on only 2 LPs.
I think this is what most of us are hoping for. I don't need another version of the standard LAL but an extended version I would welcome
So if they are doing the 14 track version on 2 LPs, it seems likely that the side splits would be 1-5, 6-9, 10-12, 13-14. What a shame to have "Young Man Blues" buried at the end of side one.... it's such a great side opener. And I have to say, the original 6 track release was just so potent - every minute of it is electrifying. That's the version I think of when I think of "Live At Leeds", and why it's such a classic. Still, I can't wait to hear these LPs! 1. "Heaven and Hell" (John Entwistle) 4:49 2. "I Can't Explain" (Townshend) 2:58 3. "Fortune Teller" (Naomi Neville) 2:34 4. "Tattoo" (Townshend) 3:42 5. "Young Man Blues" 5:51 6. "Substitute" 2:07 7. "Happy Jack" (Townshend) 2:13 8. "I'm a Boy" (Townshend) 4:41 9. "A Quick One, While He's Away" (Townshend) 8:41 10. "Amazing Journey/Sparks" (Townshend) 7:54 11. "Summertime Blues" 3:22 12. "Shakin' All Over" 4:34 13. "My Generation" 15:46 14. "Magic Bus" 7:48

I like the list of 33 tracks spread over 3 LPs over at Amazon.fr, as ptijerm and Daveymoore said. (Sorry no link. Incompetent phone user).
Opening vocal on Heaven and Hell and Ivor during AQOWHA. More vocal overdubs on the DE. Original vocals on the 2014 remix, other than those overdubbed in 1970.
Unless it contains the original 'warts and all' undoctored performance that was first issued on Midas Touch (particularly the full uncut My Gen), I'll pass.
