timed record multi-track software for Mac users?

I am capturing some pretty long audio tapes and want to be able to walk away with a timed record mode.

It exists in Audition for PC, but can't find it in the Mac version.

Can I set a record time limit in Garage Band, Logic Pro, or Pro tools?

I need to be able to capture 4 tracks at once.

I'm unfamiliar with those programs. However, in Final Cut Pro, in the menu where you select where the files are to be recorded, you can set a time limit.

Otherwise, you can set a timer on your phone or something like that.

 

You can use "Auto-Punch" in Presonus Studio One. There is a free version available.
