I know this is a weird, completely non-newsworthy, thing to post, but I came darn close to posting the 'news' that she was rushed myself. Had the post all written, but had some suspicions based on there being no date on the article, the fact that she was said to have canceled an upcoming concert months away in October, and that no corresponding story was coming up in google news search.

Just posting this because the story is going around.

I explained that in the original post. I acknowledged it's a non-issue, but the real rubbish is the pathetic clickbait story that is going around that an unconscious Turner was rushed to the hospital.

 

These clickbait links have been known to pop up on Facebook from time to time. I clicked on one a few weeks ago stating that Tony Iommi had died.

 

The hospital was ill and rushed to Tina Turner.

 

I have a vinyl copy of a Tina Turner album that I didn't play today nor did I try to sell it online for lots of $$$$$.
