Tom Petty - 1950 - 2017 RIP

I just heard about this on the radio but they didn't say he had died. Terrible news either way.

 

RIP Tom. Thank you...for giving us the best you had, the best of everything...

So upsetting. Just saw him, Petty and the Heartbreakers were on fire! Thanks for the music, Mr. Petty.

I just don't have any words. I know this sounds cliche but the man saved my life. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family, wife Dana, daughters AnnaKim and Adria and son Dylan along with The Heartbreakers and their extended families. Love You TP.

He and the band were the pride of the city. Very emotional homecoming there in the '80s.

Remember when Tom risked his career so the record label couldn't beat the fans out of an extra buck or two for his new album?

Oh wow, this is awful. My wife and I are openly sobbing, one of the ways we first connected was a shared (and unique among our mutual friends) love for Tom Petty. We're completely gutted...
