That was the only part of that movie I didn't like. Terrible ending.

Paul Reiser's death in Aliens was gratifying. He was more weenie than villian, but still.

I agree about Scorpio but Screwface blinded , back broken & thrown down a lift shaft 200 ft to meet a spike impaled on his body in Marked For Death takes some beating.

Mr Wint & Mr Kidd in "Diamonds Are Forever". I found their deaths immensely satisfying when I saw this for the first time (aged about 7!).

When I was a kid, my first viewing of this movie was on TV, and so of course they made some edits to that scene... they removed Mr. Wint's "pleasured" reaction to having his coat-tails pulled between his legs, and I think they also trimmed one of the shots of Mr. Kidd engulfed in flames. They also completely removed the shot from earlier in the film where you see the two assassins holding hands... so imagine my surprise when, many years later, I finally got my hands on an uncut copy! ;)

So, many here are great. To keep with my Ape avatar how about Dr. Hassleins Death(Eric Braeden) in Escape from the Planet of the Apes. The good doctor gets what he so rightly deserves on the Long Beach docks. John M.

I think it's Magnum Force where the guy looks like he dies three or four times in the amusement park. he falls through all these things that should kill him, including some electric lights, and finally winds up impaled in the merry go round. John Lithgow goes out in a similar way in that movie with Denzell.
