Tower Records 66th st in NYC

The Tower on 66th in NYC has a copy of the 7 sacd CCR box set at 50% off it'll set ya back $125 still a little too steep for me. It looks like it was opened and reshrinkwraped and numbered 425 of 5000. They also had 1 copy of that rhino brain box for $50, the Thom Yorke for $6 and more Springsteen mini lp cd's than you could shake a stick at.

 

I think the one on East Village is way better

Aren't those mini Springsteen CD (LP covers) priced at $34 to $45?

 

yes, but The River is a 2 disc set for 34.99 or 17.50 after the discount. For some reason Born in the USA is 46.99???

 

If anyone goes to the Village tower, there's a second Pop/Rock section on the top floor with a few more goodies. I have no idea why.
