Bryan Ferry These Foolish Things is one of the most extravagantly bizarre produced albums from the 1970s & Ferry in his best Dracula has risen from the grave vocals but with enough emotion to sing for Motown...

Its a all covers album & it is Ferrys debut solo effort...

    A Hard Rains Gonna Fall

    Sympathy For The Devil

The Bride Stripped Bare has a sound so big its a wonder the album wasn't a monster hit....

Reeling from his abrupt probably unexpected lose of girlfriend Jerry Hall to Mick Jagger Ferry came roaring back with this poignant somewhat bitter 1978 effort...

Every bit as good & mostly better than anything else from 1978-1979...

Gilbert O'Sullivan - While his later albums have many great songs, in my opinion his first two albums feature his best work:
    • Himself (U. S. Version): The U. S. version replaced two okay songs ("Susan Van Heusen" and "Doing The Best That I Can") with two much better songs ("Alone Again (Naturally)" and "We Will") that were released as singles in the U. K.
    • Back To Front
