I like the Father!! bit - actually I like the whole song, it was a Venture Scout Christmas favourite.

A best UK Christmas song would be a good poll.

Nah, no legs in it Bob. Greg Lake would win it hands down and Jona Lewie would be second.

Even Chris de Burgh has done a good Christmas song, and Wizzard would win it!

I've got Action with three different endings! Was there more than that?

If you're not familiar with Def Leppard's version of 'Action', check it out. They do a bloody marvellous job!

Remember this from 1974? It was either The Bump or Fancy Pants!

    Or Julie Ann.

A little known fact; remember the Sparks shows from London a few years back? The whole 21 x 21 thing? The guitarist in those shows, rocker-to-the-core Jim Wilson, is a massive Kenny fan.

Think that was before The Bump, but yes there was a Heart Of Stone, by Kenny on RAK. My brother who is three years younger than me, liked Kenny, I remember reading somewhere that they said The Bump was their first song. Having seen Heart If Stone, flicking through some old singles, this confused me. Perhaps they meant that The Bump was their hit.

I'd have to go for 'Minuetto Allegretto' as their premier release. While not ground-breaking, it was ground-tidying......

My dad bought that single. I'm assuming it was for the classical element rather than the Wombles one.

Certainly up to about 10 years ago, Kenny were still playing the holiday circuit, a couple of friends used to go. In fact, they followed most of that 70s era bands.
