Yes, I think the 30th Anniversary master has the overdubs. It's like the original album plus two extra tracks.

Goat, all three albums (but World Music is still the best, and don't let the title put you off!).

@BurtThomasWard, you like these guys? It seems like it's the kind of thing you could go for...

He's got the right year on his jersey.

I've often wished that I could shake the hand that shook the hand of M. K. Ditka, and Jim McMahon!

(Hey, I didn't start this silliness, I just made it much stupider.)

I never heard of them until a few months ago or so...it seems like someone mentions them on this forum every 14.88 days. I grabbed their album but I haven't really absorbed it yet, but it sounds promising.

Doing my "album club" listening today, all on Spotify since my iPod classic finally died on me over the holidays:

Television's The Blow-Up (my choice - not the best sound on this late 1970's audience recording, first released on cassette in 1982 and then on CD in '99, but the music and especially the long guitarfest on Little Johnny Jewel more than makes up for it. Wilco were listening to this a lot shortly before recording A Ghost Is Born and it shows).
Songhoy Blues, Resistance (I don't know how to add the accent mark on the first "e"): recent guitar rock from Mali, very tuneful, I dug it.
Imperial Teen, Seasick - 1996 alternative with big debts to the Pixies and VU. Roddy Bottum who started out in Faith No More is the male lead vocalist, but lots of prominent female vocals, too. Sounds almost like a lost Breeders album. Very good.

Three winners this month. Now trying to find a place that will replace my iPod's hard drive with a solid state drive for me, as I don't trust myself to do the operation and there really doesn't seem to be an alternative portable player that would fit my needs well.

Just wrapped that up and now onto Captain Lockheed and the Starfighters (Robert Calvert, but more or less Hawkwind without [much] Dave Brock).

It's been a long time without listening to this one. I remember recording a cover version of "Hold On" with a friend which was going perfectly until I had to put down the vocal track and suddenly remembered I couldn't sing like Lennon. The Cookie Monster part was fine, anyway :nyah:.

Same here - I watched the NYE livestream which was fun. I finished the 28th yesterday and liked it too. Just starting on the 29th which I read was the weakest of the run but that may be relative. The 30th is getting a lot of praise; looking forward to that.

A masterpiece from the 60's, even though it was not released back then.
(Even though it's the Beach Boys, this is not a summer album for me).
