Standoffish Don't you dare call me an ostrich!

I can't stand amateur bowlers who take the sport too seriuosly, but I can quote The Big Lebowski.

But that's just like my opinion, man.

It is. There's no paralells to the first one aside from Chase (who really mailed it in). I wouldn't bother.

Just grease up your back end and get it out on the freeway...

Stuff like Animal house are classics ,and the first season of Monty Python is about as perfect a comedy series can be

I work at a golf course so it plays in my daily life. Yeah I know a few Karl Spacklers around here.

Ehhh. It has its moments. Most involve Robert Stack. Id skip it unless you are really bored.

Good God, did I hate that movie when I saw it in 1998!

I watched it again a couple of years ago and disliked it less but still didn't get the fuss.

I like "dramatic Coens" but "comedic Coens" = "Oatsdad no likey"...

I saw "Lebowski" once, I enjoyed it but I've never felt the need to revisit it again.

I'm a huge Coen Bro movie fan. I'll take their "bad" movies over pretty much anything out there. But for whatever reason I don't feel a need to revisit them.

It did have that hot Cathy Moriarty in it. The book has a odd vibe to it also.

    As I said, 'most'.

My standard of measurement is not classic or perfection, but, laugh-out-loud funny.

Few of the movies or series I watched then, may be remembered fondly, but have lost the immediacy of that moment.

I didn't laugh once while watching A Serious Man but almost busted a gut watching Raising Arizona.

There's another Coens "comedy" I loathed when I first saw it.

I should try again. My gut says I'll still hate it, but I'll give it a go...

There's a reason this one was featured on MST3K.

Was that a comedy? Doesn't look like it's supposed to be a comedy...
