I'll have to agree. Frank's hair was always wavy and curly- until he cut it short every few years.

 

Garcia was never a 'strictly blues' player. His approach covered many styles that he wove into his own.

 

The picture is of Janis Joplin and Peter Tork.
Peter is a multi-instrumentalist and Janis was a singer.
Both qualify as musicians.

 

I don't know how "unsuspected" it is, but it's an awesome picture.

 

As has been noted, Tork is a multi-talented musician and he and Joplin were very good friends.

 

Yeah I know, I meant the one I posted with Woody Allen and Michael Jackson.

 

But Woody is a clarinetist and plays a regular gig in NYC. I'm presuming that you consider Michael a musician too. Arnie
