Has anyone other than Pink Floyd on The Division Bell CD ever done this? Just curious. I thought at that time that it might become a common thing, and probably a welcome one, but nope. Regular embossing doesn't count!

Paul McCartney And Wings - Red Rose Speedway Has a Braille greeting on the back cover - to Stevie Wonder. I have an original lp and can confirm that it's there - but I have never known what the message actually says.....
The most famous one has to be Paul McCartney's 'Red Rose Speedway'... "[...] the back cover of the album contains a Braille message of "We love ya baby" for Stevie Wonder."
Gescom's 'ISS:SA' CD has braille on the cover. I always assumed it was just the title/artist, but it may well be something else.
Early pressings of Stevie Wonder's Talking Book had a Braille message in the gatefold: "Here is my music. It is all that I have to tell you how I feel. Know that your love keeps my love strong - Stevie."
Stevie Wonder's "Journey Through The Secret Life Of Plants" also has braille typeset on the front of the vinyl LP cover.
I just checked, and there's no braille on the ELO LP. However, there is braille on the back of the booklet for my old Jet CD, printed in Holland, made in Japan.
It's actually standard for most lp's/cd's on the SKAM label to include a braille sticker. Gescom is a SKAM artist, so I'm assuming you have a SKAM pressing.
I knew you'd both beat me to that! I think Track records did a number of them back then. I have a sampler album (which includes "All Day Watcher" by Golden Earring (one of my all time favorite tunes of theirs), The Who, Jimi Hendrix, Procol Harum, Jow Cocker, Speedy Keen, The Move, and Arthur Brown)) entilted "All Sorts" which has braille.
