Wharfedale Denton 80th or ELAC B6?

    I own and love the B6's, but I would not recommend them for your setup. They absolutely require at least 18 inches behind them and a good solid stand. With a powerful amp, they have a bass response that puts most floorstanders under $1000 to shame, but that bass requires careful placement. Good luck in your search

    Should be fine in anything but a large room. 80 WPC @ 4-ohms is the spec. Marantz are well made amplifiers with good reserve power.

    Why dont you tried the b5 is smaller and could be best for your room?

    What about in a small room , let say 2 metets long and 2 meters wide?

    Would be a good idea to plug the hole behind to get closed the wall?
