Love this! My favorite LS album.

 

This was definitely a year of major transition for me. Artists I used to really love seemed to reach their sell by date. REM’s New Adventures did nothing for me. The Cure’s Wild Mood Swings was a bloated mess, and really brought my extreme obsession with them to a close... too bad as there was an excellent acoustic album hidden in the bsides.

My tastes started becoming both more adventuresome and traditional at the same time. Discovering Low and Godspeed were life changing. Here’s my list:
