My top three are always at the top, no matter when you ask me:
    1) Airplane!
    2) Metropolis (the longer the version, the better, so not Moroder's cut)
    3) Casablanca

The last two fluctuate between The Muppet Movie, Sunset Boulevard, Star Wars epi. IV / V, City of God, Meet the Feebles, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Exorcist... I guess City of God always is most consistently in the top five. While I think Star Wars IV is not a movie on caliber with most of these (and not as good as SW V) it's so ingrained in my psyche at this point not to be on the list.

Not in any order. Pretty much going by how many times I plucked the movie from my collection & watched it...

Beverly Hills Cop... one of the 1st movies owned on home video... must have seen this 50x
Fight Club... maybe I'm crazy, I love this flick & can recite entire scenes at a time
Heavy Metal... I think I was just introduced to this at the right point in my life. Another one with endless quotability
Escape From New York... must have bought this movie 6-7x on multiple formats & still watch it a couple times a year
The Departed... another one that i probably saw at just the right time for it to really click with me
