I would have picked "If I Needed Someone" as my #1 if it were on the list. As it is, I chose:

    I'm a Loser
    Norwegian Wood
    Nowhere Man
    Rocky Raccoon
    Two of Us

The first four are carved in stone. Two of Us, Julia and probably a couple of others were in contention for the fifth spot.

"Ticket to Ride" - not on the list, but has that jingle-jangle guitar that typifies folk-rock for me (a la Byrds).

"I've Just Seen A Face" is more skiffle than folk-rock to me.

Norwegian Wood with Girl very close behind. Wouldn’t have called either of them folk, but I don’t really know what folk is as a genre.

Looks like Norwegian Wood and You've Got To Hide Your Love Away are the two favorites so far.

    Yellow Submarine? Not so much.

Neither is "We Can Work It Out"? For The Beatles, "We Can Work It Out" is about as folk rock as you can get IMO.

Girl is my favorite song from this list, but I'm not sure that most of the songs here can be labeled as "folk-rock". Yesterday for sure is neither folk nor rock, IMO...

Without a doubt “I’ve Just Seen A Face”, McCartney has never written a more brilliant song.

There are actually a handful from your list which I just hear stylistically as pure Pop with no remote relation to folk save for the fact that they're soft-textured recordings; these are, Yesterday, Michelle, Yellow Sub (the strangest choice!!) and Baby's In Black. Of the others, while they all have elements of the "Folk-Rock" sound, I think I've Just Seen A Face, I'm Looking Through You and You've Got To Hide Your Love Away are its' most immediate descendants (I'd include Norwegian Wood in that group but the use of the sitar veers the track in a whole other, more unique, direction). My personal favorite of the three is ILTY.
