First of all, much reverb is stereo so you'd need more than one track. Secondly what is the advantage of printing the reverb when you can just as easily add it during the mix.

Granted there are exceptions and times where there are many different types of reverbs.

Also the reverb send has no reverb on it. It feeds the playback system that is located in the actual chamber. The returns would have the reverb which would generally be the mic feeds from the chamber.

IIRC, they printed the reverb on a different track on Beck's "Sea Change" multitrack. This is one of the reasons why Elliot Scheiner could do such a cool surround mix with it, he had the original effects printed alongside on other tracks.

Well that would be one reason to print reverb. It would allow for an easier remix down the road,

Let's say that someday one could be able to buy a multitrack version of a song. Let's assume all tracks were available for the end user to play with. Well that would still result in a dry mix unless the end user had the original session reverbs and effects to play with as well. Having them on separate tracks could make that a more rewarding experience.

That said, I can't say that this would ever happen. Sure it could be a lot of fun for some, but I'm not sure many artists would want that much information out there.

In forum speak reverb would be when someone opens an appreciation thread and others join in for the occasion. Echo is when every once in a while someone opens a thread about the same album from the same artist. :D
