When I was little I used to be creeped out by The Turtles' "Happy Together" for some reason I could never figure out, but my real answer is Kate Bush's "Get Out Of My House," especially the part with the donkey. Some of Scott Walker's later stuff is up there too, same with most of Bowie's Outside.

"The Age of Aquarius" by The Fifth Dimension always creeps me out, and I don't know why.

Comus - First Utterance could be the creepiest album I've ever heard....and the fact that it's acoustic makes it even creepier

SRC (self titled) and Twink - Think Pink are both great psych albums that make me feel like I'm on a bad acid trip

Satanic Majesties through the headphones scared the crap out of me as a teen.

3 songs that entered my nightmares as a child (I was about 4 or 5).....
    "Unknown Soldier" (Doors)
"It's Raining" (Peter, Paul and Mary)
"Sunporch cha cha cha" (Dave Grusin, from the Graduate)

The first one makes sense. The 2nd choice...it was Mary's child-like talking at the end that freaked me out. The 3rd...who knows. I was 5.

Ugh, Lawrence Welk. My grandparents used to make us watch this when we visited them. Torture.

I always thought Joy Division's The Eternal was pretty creepy. The whole album is eerie when you think about the mindset of Ian Curtis during it's recording.

I'd say the entirety of 'Blood' soundtrack (the second game, too). My dad used to play the 1997 one so much I pretty much have all the sounds carved into my brain, hahah. Atmospheric... and terrifying!

I bet it's been mentioned, but I dare you to listen to the Nico album The Marble Index. Desolate, suicidal, dark, unsettling. And not a downtuned guitar in sight.

Lots of possible nominees, but this one has been at the top of my list ever since I first heard it in 1972.

I have no idea what's supposed to be going on starting about 1:18, but it definitely creeps me out:

Skotoseme from the Diamanda Galas LP The Sporting Life on roughly 500mics of Lysergic. I decided I wanted to hear JPJ's bass so I put this on. Not recommend.

Tori Amos' cover of Eminem's "'97 Bonnie and Clyde" is total nightmare fuel.

The lyrics are about a father who takes his toddler daughter with him to dump the body of his wife in a lake. Eminem's version plays it like a pitch black comedy, reveling in his insane Slim Shady persona. Tori does it totally straight, whispering the psychotic lyrics right next to the microphone over a pulsing string section.

Daddy made a nice bed for Mommy at the bottom of the lake...
