  5. I am so tempted to buy a no region as I'm frustrated with the release schedule for this stuff. Warner (who owns the U.S. rights) need to get their **** together. We ain't getting any younger.

Loving this. My favourite number being track 10 'Cry' Doyle Bramhall II with Alice Smith.

Criterion is having a 24 hour flash sale going on. Good luck actually logging into your account or adding anything to your cart. Slowest site ever.

I got the system down message after I went to check out, but was able to get through a couple of minutes later.

Purchased Foreign Correspondent, Nashville, and Throne of Blood.

...Mad World literally vanished from my cart before I could check out, but there's always Barnes & Noble in the summer

We got the GRAVITY 3-D Blu-ray yesterday and watched it last evening. Amazingly, mind-blowingly, excellent in 3-D. I've stated it before, but I never went in much for 3-D at the theaters, and certainly never expected to have it on my TV at home (other than the old anaglyph crap), but when shopping for a TV last year, the Sony 3-D set happened to have the best picture in its price range for us. So now that we have a 3-D TV, and coincidentally a 3-D Blu-ray player, also bought for all the other reasons, it's fun to play with.

We've only got two 3-D Blu-rays - GRAVITY and THE POLAR EXPRESS - and both are fun. Still, I won't go out of my way to grab films in 3-D that don't seem like they'd benefit from it. Is DIAL M FOR MURDER available in 3-D for the new TVs?

Yes, the only Blu-ray version of it available has the 2D and 3D versions on the same disc.
