which label version?
I shouldn't have...I don't really have the money...but I did. "Berlin Alexanderplatz" is coming from Britain on BR. I pre-ordered. I have the Brit set already on DVD, and I have seen no screenshots or heard any word, but there you go, the "illness" in full swing. 2000 copies only, so...The collector caveman in me says: now or never I'll sell the DVD set; I promise.
Also coming: "Andrey Rublev" (I am cherry-picking between Criterion and Artificial Eye for the Tarkovskys, based on technical reviews; so far it's 'Solaris' and 'Stalker' from C, and 'AR' from AA.)
Added "Witchhammer" and "War of the Roses" to the load, all from o'er the pond.
Gilligan’s Island. Well, I made it, after collecting the ITunes hi-def remasters. 4 discs. I love it!
Saturday Night Fever -Directors Cut
A Few Good Men 4K UHD
Lucy 4K UHD
Bram Stoker's Dracula 4K UHD

Valerian-Recommended by a customer & I've been wanting to get it.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang-I saw it at the theatre when it was new, had
it on VHS, laserdisc, DVD, & now Blu-Ray & digital copy. I still love
this movie. I have the Rykodisc CD soundtrack & have plans to get
the Varese Sarabande vinyl reissue.
UHF - I scored a brand new copy from Amazon Warehouse Deals for $10.76.
Saturday Night Fever DC...
Crime of Passion (1957)
Another Man's Poison (1951)
You bought it twice?
I have the Berlin Alexanderplatz dvd box. Such an incredible series, I’ll also probably go for this box.
I have all the Artificial Eye Tarkovsky blu rays. The one to avoid was Stalker. It was woeful. I ended up buying the Criterion. If I had known they were going to be released on Criterion so soon after the AE releases, I would have waited for them. I think Criterion’s discs are far better than Artificial Eye.
yes, but it's a question you need not ask...please don't question my BD purchases again...
Silence of the Lambs(Criterion)
Bridge on the River Kwai upgrading my old dvd box set
Silence Of The Lambs (Criterion having a 50% off MSRP ! )
Woodstock 3 disc Directors Cut $9.99 from amazon
(sorry the picture is in Italian, but the pictures I found in English were huge!)
Criterion's NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD. And I've never seen the movie!
I got it too & I've also not seen it. I did a crazy thing & bought the 50th anniversary Blu-Ray from Mill Creek too so i could compare. What a difference! The criterion is so superior!. I'm glad I have it in my library now.
My Criterion Night of the Living Dead is on its way!
Mickey One (1965)
Blue Collar (1978)
Night Of The Living Dead—what is it with Criterion and the use of crappy cardboard packaging? Jeez.
Criterion's NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD.
Wow! The image is stunning!
I did a quick contrast and compare with my Elite Entertainment THX-approved (ha!) DVD... The DVD now looks like my initial copy -- a public domain VHS tape procured from a bargain bin that was recorded at ep speed.
