I've just bought the Good the Bad and the Ugly on Bluray - it's not meant to be the best mastering but life is too short to wait on a perfect release.

I got the BD from netflix the other day and watched it four times before returning it I liked it so much. Decided I might use some store credit to get a copy.

I have the DVD as well - the blu-ray is a definite improvement, I'm well pleased with it.

Same exact thing happened to me, with no Blu-Ray for my collection, as well! Of course, "Sound Archives" gets no $$$'s from me, for the other things that I had in my cart, so they lose ...

    (or do they?) ...

Makes one wonder just how you are completely logged into their web site, put the blu-ray into an existing cart within seconds of it coming up, immediately clicking "checkout" and then, magically their web site freezes up! After a few moments of trying to figure out what just happened, I decided to call them, only to get a busy signal the first few times and a answering machine by the third (NOTE: My complaint call was NEVER returned, thanks!)

All of that was enough to put a bad taste in my mouth about the deal, but, to then go to ebay and find around "32" copies of this, going for $90 plus dollars, just frosted my a$$! Thanks but I'll be watching my $10 DVD of "Christine" and let others waste their money on this type of foolish scam.

A car from the '50's that kills, while playing great '50's classics on it's radio, then gets killed itself, only to keep coming back to life...WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE?

    Bunuel's 'Tristana'!

Only has the Spanish dub, though - no French.

What's Spanish for "c'est la vie"?

Couldn't pass up for $10 at Walmart. PQ is impressive. I'd never seen it in a theater (only DVD), so this is a revelation. Do wish it came with the option for the original mono soundtrack, but the remix would be my "go to" anyhow.
