My Beatles 45 collection is followed by 'People Say' By John and Paul and 'Have You Heard The Word' by The Fut.

close, before Betts, Greg Allman's Laid Back and after the last Bowie, Minnows by Marc Benno.

I got lucky to alphabetize Allman Bros, Greg and Richard together.
Another one like that is the last H is Hot Tuna followed by (no I artists) Jefferson Airplane & J Starship,
Also Joe Zawinul follows Weather Report, there may be others but I'll shut up now.

My collection goes from The Beach Boys to The Bee Gees. No Beatles at all.

I remember years ago a friend was looking at my collection and noted the sequence of Count Basie--Beatles--Beethoven which he thought was really cool, not just reflecting my personality, but each artist was pretty substantially populated with titles.

Since then, I've broken my collection into genres so none of them are even on the same wall anymore, but I'm pretty sure I remember breaking the pattern with a few other artists anyway.

Mine filed by pressing plant - original 1987 CDs all pressed by EMI Swindon. They are at the end of the shelf. To the left is Love Bites by The Buzzcocks, also an EMI Swindon pressing.

    CD rack:

    Beastie Boys “Ill Communication” before
    Beck “Midnite Vultures” after

Fab Four surrounded by two 90s classics!

(I did recently pick up Beau Brummels “Triangle/Bradley’s Barn” two-fer, so that will eventually replace the Beck Cd, but I haven’t filed it away yet...)
