...Apple stock! Seriously! My prediction is that the format confusion in both music and movies will drive even wider adoption of iTunes. Maybe it helps web movies like that of iFilms as well... It just highlights how much more consumer-centric the iTunes/iPod experience is. If Americans barely have time to listen to music, they are not going to be comfortable having some high schooler at Busted Buy explain DualDisc, double disc, and SACD/DVDA to them...what are the odds they will get right anyway? Same with movies...don't buy that first $1K BluRay or HD-DVD player no matter how cool the resolution...buy Apple stock and pray that the format war lasts two to three years. Shoot by my history and experience, even if you miss the first edition BluRay or HD-DVD discs (coming in the Fall already) just wait 3 years and buy the remastered special edition version with even more outtakes.
