A love seat. With Trixie's permission of course.

Interesting: I've had a hankering for an Eames for many years, but have never sat in one. I'm 6' 3" and need a reasonably high back for support, so that sounds like a non-starter.

I have used the Ikea Poang for a lot of years, which I like, but current seating is some class of 1970s Scandinavian modern (possibly G Plan) I inherited from my late cousin, which we have just had re-cusshioned - I likes it!

Used to have a Poang (and it did a grand job).

But my Ekornes Stressless Opal that I got locally in a sale is what I have now. And it's lovely.

I bet I have the most expensive listening chair here. My wheelchair! $7,500. I wish I had room for a comfortable listening chair in my apartment.

I just got the new Poang. It's more upright than older style, and faces more forward. It's very comfortable, works perfect.

I love my Hjellegjerde chair and ottoman. Bought it new 15 years ago and have never even thought about replacing it.

The floor, half the time. It's carpeted, and easier for snuggling with my four-legged girl.

The tan sofa was new here back in 2013.

The old green sofa was replaced by a new teal green sofa earlier this year.

As you can see in the photo, the tan sofa has not aged well over the past five years and was just replaced two weeks ago with a liter beige Italian sofa.

The blue sofa is the sweet spot when listening to the front stereo or HT.

The tan sofa is best when listening to these.

I prefer a sofa. I fall a sleep, wake up and play some more music.

I prefer a low back recliner. Nothing like falling asleep to music when you want to and being able to sit up too. I wish I was falling asleep in front of my system right now but instead I am here at work.

Took me almost a year find something I like for a good price. Didn’t want anything too big (small room) or TOO comfy that I’ll fall asleep in. And nothing behind or to the sides of my head. Found this tub chair in new condition on Facebook for $100, waited a month and got it marked down for $50. Overstock sells it for over $300.

A gaming rocking chair is my best option. Very comfortable, you can even take a nap in this chair. It has a pillow in the upper side.

That's the form I have. As you, I didn't want any material at ear height.

Human Touch Zero Gravity manual adjust.

I’ve been using these recliners since 2003 and haven’t found anything else I like nearly as much.

I use my son's comfy rocker and ottoman from his nursery. it's not kidlike and so comfy. I did see someone was so anal, which I understand, that he got rid of an ottoman because it interfered with the sound. I am so happy that i can't hear a difference either way
