Kiss in 1976 when I was 11. Exciting stuff but couldn't see too well, due to my height, standing in the Varsity Stadium football field.

Wings in 76. 11 years old. Waited on line 9 hours for $10 tickets with my sister. Life changing. Kiss ($7) and Queen ($8) followed soon after.

    With my sister.
It should be better if I had more experience with Bowie's older works like Ziggy or Aladdin Sane.
I was just into his Let's Dance album (the only Bowie album released in Thailand at that time)
But the memory of that night's still shining inside me.

I think 94 or 95. I was 11 or 12 and my sister who was 5 years older than me took me to a tiny club in a Chicago suburb to see Jawbreaker. It was extremely pleasant and changed my life

I was 12 yo and went with the family.
It was the first time I had seen a big name act live. It was a good show, a good experience and I'm surprised I remember as much about it as I do.

I honestly can't remember, but I was probably working it rather than attending as an audience member. My brother, my mother and me worked selling t-shirts, concert programs and sno-cones at every big concert during the 70s. We'd get into the venue very early to receive the product and count it in - so many small, medium, etc. We'd have to pay for any missing product, so it paid to do this carefully.

But after we got things set up, I could wander around, watching the stage being set up, seeing the sound check.

And we actually got 10% commission on sales!

First time I ever smoked weed, went with a bunch of friends, the JA were fantastic. The Byrds were so-so, all the other bands were decent. I have been a Jefferson Airplane fan ever since.

Just turned 16 but wasn't quite driving yet and went to a shed concert with 5 other guys, one of whom could drive. It was 1970, Linda Ronstadt opened for Arlo Guthrie. It rained a little and the parking lot was muddy and we stayed out late pushing cars that were stuck in the muddy parking lot.

Kiss at MSG in 1977 when I was 11. 12th row on the floor with a friend and we were chaperoned by my father's girlfriend. Incredible show and the crowd was out of control. Plus the fire from the stage was so HOT.

Traveled by myself across the state by bus to Seattle at age 15. Quite an adventure for a handicapped person at the time. I would take the same trip many, many times afterwards.
Of course I was thrilled to finally see one of the Beatles, but I was somewhat disappointed that we really got so little from George. All the smoke in the air also kind of bothered me.
