Convergent Audio Technology. They are near Rochester NY. I've been to the factory to have my amps serviced.

Just a shout out for Nola. I LOVE my Nola Contenders. These, along with 4 other speakers in the Nola line won the Absolute Sound 2014 Editors Choice award. I auditioned tons of speakers from both American and European manufacturers including Triangle, Harbeth, Spendor, Gallo Acoustics, Totem Dali, Sonus Faber and more with a $5000 or under budget, and these consistently impressed me most.

Here they are in my listening room.

Didn't know that. They would definitely be on my short list if I had a mega-budget.

    Two excellent nominations.

I've got a VPI/PS Audio/VTL/Thiel situation. Mostly entry level models, all but one purchased used, but none too shabby. An upgrade along those product lines would probably be quite nice as well.

I believe my cart is Japanese, but I could put a Soundsmith there. Dunno where Audioquest cables are made, but it's what I have currently.

Lots of small manufacturers primarily manufacture here but there is no such thing as a 100 percent US manufactured electronic product any longer. You can not get US manufactured commodity semiconductors in any consistent full range and you can't get PC boards manufactured here any more, and you can't etch your own as a business without EPA approval for which the paperwork alone would be ruinous. Of course a one man operation could still be doing it in his basement-the supplies are still available to hobbyists.

Some of their equipment is made overseas.

True, but their flagship amps/pre-amps are made in North Carolina, so I believe that qualifies for the OP's list.

Pinnacle speakers are designed in the United States and some are built at the company's US factory. I haven't been able to pin down exactly which ones, however.

Both VPI and Magnepan were listed in post #2; but amazingly, McIntosh was not.

Decware, Modwright and Zu get my money. Gotta go British for my turntables though (Funk Firm and Rega).
