Glad to see someone giving Stoney Curtis some love. He plays all over Vegas. The man is a machine on the guitar!
B.B. King: Live at the Regal. It's a widely-known classic, of course, but I admit with embarrassment that it's one that I've actually only finally heard in the last few weeks, and it's already one of my favorite live albums by any artist of any era. It's definitely my favorite blues record today, and it probably will be tomorrow and the next day and for a good while! Passionate, full-throated vocals, stinging guitar, and such great atmosphere between B.B. and the audience: I love it all!
I may have posted this before, but listening to it in the car last night, even my wife commented, "good album"! Love it.
