Love that album, it's all the Marillion I've ever had, although I have always wanted to delve deeper.

Ploughing ahead with my pre-remasters CD buying frenzy - 'The Very Best Of Mud' EMI 1990 bought for the grand total of £1.79. That includes the post and packaging cost of £1.26p. Win/win.

Dire Straits, "On every Street": it was on my wish-list since 1991. (Some decisions take some time, I guess.)

I need to pick up the Beck album. The bits I've heard are really good.

In the past month or so I've bought the following:
    • Bill Withers - The Complete Sussex and Columbia Albums
    • Bob Evans - Suburban Songbook
    • Etta James - At Last! / The Second Time Around
    • V/A - They Will Have Their Way: The Songs of Tim & Neil Finn
Plus I'm waiting for the following to arrive:
    • Billie Holiday - Lady Day: The Complete Billie Holiday on Columbia (1933–1944)
    • Cat Stevens - Buddha and the Chocolate Box
    • Dinah Washington - The Complete Dinah Washington on Mercury Vol. 1: 1946-1949
    • Etta James - Original Album Classics
    • Minnie Riperton - Perfect Angel / Adventures in Paradise
    • The Platters - Four Platters and One Lovely Dish
    • Sagittarius - Present Tense
    • Sam Cooke - The RCA Albums Collection
    • Steely Dan - Pretzel Logic
    • Steely Dan - Katy Lied
    • Steely Dan - Gaucho
As you can see I've gone a bit crazy the past month (my excuse is that I'm celebrating because I've had some good news recently) but most of them I got pretty cheap so I'm pretty happy!
