Grant Life is a rock, but the radio rolled me!

I thought about doing that for my old, deteriorating VHS tapes, but can you add chapters to them?

The attraction to VCD is that you can burn stuff onto a regular CD-R with a CD burner. Is that correct?

But, I do want a DVD-R/DVD+R whaterver burner. Since VCD is liable to reproduce my poor quality VHS tapes even worse than they already are, maybe i'll drop the idea.

Yes, the attraction to VCD is that you can burn stuff onto a regular CD-R with a CD burner and VCD can have chapters. VCD is a decent format for burning those archive.org downloads.
