Which of these 4 bands do you enjoy most ?

The Band is the only one of those four that I enjoy (but only slightly, and only in small doses).

 

1. Allman Brothers
2 The Band
3 Steely San
4 Little Feat

 

Dan, Allmans, and Feat are 3 of my favs, but Steely wins this one easily for me.

 

I like and own records by all of them, but I've listened to Steely Dan (who don't quite fit here, I think) a lot more than the rest.

 

Steely Dan leads the poll and is my least favorite of these four. Oh well...

I have a Steely Dan single (Do It Again).

 

I like them all, but would choose Little Feat because they are the hardest to classify.

 

This is a tough one. But here is mine:

1. Allman Brothers
2. Little Feat
3. The Band
4. Steely Dan

I voted for both the Allman Brothers and the Band.

 

Of these choices, Steely Dan for me. I do like The Allman Brothers Band, though. Whipping Post may be the best Southern rock piece I’ve heard. But, truth be told, I don’t ever listen to any of these bands as they’re just not my thing.

Love em all but the Dan's run of albums in the 70's puts them over the top for me.

 

1. The Band
2. Allman Brothers - prefer the Duane albums and through Eat A Peach.
3. Little Feat - Only listen to the Lowell George albums, and prefer their first 3 albums to when George had less influence.







4. Steely Dan - less of a fan. Prefer the early records when they were an actual band.

 

I enjoy all 4 bands and have got most of their albums (original line-ups of The Band ,AB and LF only ) , so no vote from me
