I'll Be Waiting, Wish Upon a Star and Kerri are power-pop classics...if you don't like those then you obviously would not like the rest of the album...I waited forever for it to be released on cd and bought it immediately when I saw it finally released...

The only album I regret buying is Beck - Sea Change. Heard good things, listened to it, didn't like it.

Most of the Lou Reed albums after I first purchased rock and roll animal and then seconded the velvet underground loaded. I purchased up to coney island I think.
I just played the Magicians birthday by Uriah Heep . I cant believe I use to like that song.

Ended my young infatuation with Kiss. Should probably thank them for that one.

South Park, Bigger, Longer, and Uncut movie soundtrack.

Who knew what I found funny in my 20s would come back to haunt me when my kids discovered the CD in my collection.

    1. Japanese pressed LP, Donald Fagan - 'The Nightfly', M- looking, sounds horrid. Used.
    2. Led Zep 'in through the out door' boot in Sydney, Australia. Sounds worse than horrid. Brand new. Studio practice thing I guess. horrid.
    3. About 35 each, M- (looking), $1 LPs from Goodwill. Win some - lose some, no problem! :) That's the price of just one LP now-a-days. I just donate them back if they play perfect. I love the GW! :) I've scored amazingly fantastic at the GW!

That's it. Not bad really. Been buying LPs since 1964.

I do regret... buying so many cassettes (water under the bridge). Gave them all away except 70 of the 'special' ones in a wooden cassette rack.

Practically a whole genre - Power Metal.

I took a real liking to Helloween in the mid-2000s and was intrigued when I had other bands supposedly very similar recommended to me. I bought a heap of albums by different bands thinking I've hit the jackpot. Well, I was wrong about that!! Totally my fault of course for not having a listen first. Having said that, a few tracks here and there are good enough but don't warrant owning the whole album for.
I realized that Helloween are 10 steps up on the other acts I tried, and have become one of my favourite bands ever from any genre.

Grobschnitt - Ballermann original Brain 1st press. Paid good $$ for it in almost M condition, and it sounded pretty weak in comparison with new Black+White remasters...

Dynamics crushed out of the vinyl like a grape in a press. This one is headed to the local shop for trade on something better.

The flamimg lips...the terror. The album they totally lost that magic touch.

Atoms for peace....thom yorke and flea??
What could go wrong? The bass might as well be a synth as none of fleas signature bass sounds are here at all. Wasted opportunity that feels like a Thom yorke solo project.

I felt that way too for a long time. Think of it all the bombast and whining self pity as tongue in cheek and the premise cartoonish, as the movie literally is in parts, and it works. 'You can't have any pudding!" lol
