No, when I was there in April the acts playing were Diana, Britney and Brotherhood Of Man.

Well, I own albums by all except Irene Cara, Bonnie Tyler, Dusty Springfield and Debbie Harry (solo). So I also own (multiple) CDs by Debbie Gibson, Paula and Tiffany. :o

Edit: And no, I'm not a collector. ;)

Kate Bush by light years - but she's not a pop diva. Art pop perhaps.

ONJ would be the runner up

Not on the list but Enya would be top 3

That's ok. I never really thought of Pat as a pop diva. Always saw her as more of a rock goddess :pineapple:

I agree with others who've said that Kate Bush isn't really pop, but she's my choice from that list by many miles.

After that, Madonna and Sade. Honorable mentions for Annie Lennox, Debbie Harry, and Dusty Springfield. No particular use for any of the others.

Isn't that version on the reissued deluxe version of the 'Samantha Fox' album that came out a couple of years ago? I have it but am not at home to check. I thought just about all the versions, including the Full Force single version were included.

I went with Madonna, Cyndi Lauper and Annie Lennox. I like just about all of those listed but struggle to consider Stevie, Debbie and Kate as pop divas...I don't know why...

I own albums by all of these women except for Gloria Estefan and Paula Abdul - could never stand either of them!

Yeah, I think the 4:20 version (that was the US hit and is used in the video and that I used to own the 7" of) must be an edit of the Full Force remix ('Special Extended Version') that's on that reissue. Or it's never been on CD at all except for the 1988 US promo CD. Was that the hit version in Australia too?

She was more of an 80s pop diva than Mariah Carey.:)

I know Paula Abdul is not to a lot of people's taste, but no love for "Conga" or "Words Get In The Way" or all the sappy ballads she did?

Yikes. Someone actually voted for Paula Abdul and Debbie Gibson. Cher still on zero. LOL

The "If I Could Turn Back Time" video seems to have faded from people's memories.

    Frida from Abba.

I dont know if she's a diva, but her album Somethings Going On, is the only thing from any of those women listed, that I still listen to now.
